St David’s, Cardiff, has announced it will be holding an extended ‘Student Festival Fortnight’ from the 21st September to 4th October, allowing students to shop, dine and save up to 20% off their favourite brands.

Normally only a one night annual event, St David’s has adapted this year’s student offeringto comply with current government guidelines. Now lasting for two weeks, the event will allow the centre to account for social distancing, capacity restrictions and a delayed student return.

It’s also a win win for students, as this year’s extended extravaganza will give them more time and space to shop incredible deals across stores and restaurants.

The event will see bargains up for grabs across clothes, tech and beauty, including 30% off selected Primark beauty treatments, 20% off River Island, New Look, The North Face, Victoria Secret and Vans, as well as 15% off All Saints and Hollister.

And if all that shopping works up a healthy appetite, there are also amazing deals to be had across St David’s food offering. Whether it’s Shake Shack “Buy a burger and have your 2nd on us” deal or Ciliegino Restaurant’s incredible 50% off Pizza & Pasta and buy one get one free on Aperol Spritz or Cocktail of the Day, there’s something to cater for all tastes.

James Waugh, Centre Director at St David’s, Cardiff said “As proud creators of the first student shopping event a decade ago, it was important to us that we found a way to honour our much loved event that provides incredible deals. Our adapted Festival Fortnight allows us to do this, whilst putting the safety of our shoppers and staff first. We know the beginning of term might look and feel a little different to normal this year, but there will still be plenty of incredible deals on offer.”

To claim any discounts, students must visit stdavidscardiff.com/students to sign up for their Festival Fortnight Pass, which must be presented at payment.

The centre will also be running a competition to win a ‘Student Survival Bundle’, which students will automatically be entered into when signing up for a pass.  Prizes include, 2 John Lewis & Partners £100 gift cards, 5 wagamama vouchers worth £15 each and a wagamama cookbook, Student
