The Big Retreat Festival is back and it’s bigger and better than ever before – and the full line-up for ’24 is revealed for the first time today.  Opening the gates on May 24th, the festival set in the stunning village of Lawrenny in Pembrokeshire Coast National Park will be delivering a packed four days of music, wellness and connection.

Voted one of the top wellbeing and adventure festivals in the UK, The Big Retreat is a celebration of positivity, curiosity, and self-care. With 300 carefully curated experiences across 10 different areas, led by hundreds of instructors and artists, this festival really does have something for everyone.

This year’s event features an array of musical talent, including celebrated artists like Lucy Spraggan, The Feeling, Deco, Adwaith and the Sunbirds. Adding to the feelgood atmosphere will be DJ sets from Gok Wan and ex Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt, along with a nostalgic set of 80’s, 90’s and beyond from DJ Mother Pukka.

The festival also promises a feast for the mind and body, with fitness and well-being sessions led by renowned experts such as, Madeleine Shaw, Mr Motivator, Kate Rowe-Ham, Keris Louise and Ravi Dixit.

The Talk Tent will be buzzing with inspiring conversation and stories from authors, speakers, and adventurers. Among them are Dr Alex George and Simon Ong, TV personality Gail Porter, author Anna Whitehouse, Adventurers Fell Foodie and the outdoors fix host Liv Bolton and Baroness Susan Greenfield author of Mind Change. Plus, you can join Mel Owen and Lelia Navabi for a night of comedy,

Food enthusiasts also have a treat in store with culinary talks and demos from Gaz Oakley, Kim Joy, and Kwoklyn Wan. And for those looking for adventure, there’ll be wild swimming and paddleboarding on the beautiful Cleddau estuary,

For a slower pace, why not book a relaxing massage in the Woodland Spa or hire out a private hot tub and simply gaze at the breath-taking views over the only coastal national park in Britain?

The festival is also family-friendly, with plenty of activities for little ones to enjoy. And for accommodation, you have the option of camping, glamping, or staying in a local hotel or B&B.

But hurry, tickets are selling fast with over 50% already gone! Don’t miss out on this life-changing experience.
