Vibes Yoga Studio and Coffee Bar, a unique sanctuary for wellbeing in Cardiff, celebrates its first anniversary with remarkable community impact and innovative offerings.

Founded by Jenny Jarvis, Vibes has quickly become a hub for those seeking a peaceful retreat from modern fast-paced living.

    Anniversary Highlights and Community Engagement

The yoga bar celebrated by hosting memorable events like their immersive ‘Chakra-Balancing Sound Bath’ and spiritual ‘Wolf Moon Magic Ceremony’.

“The success stories and smiles within these walls over the past year are what motivate us,” shares Jenny, and with customer reviews like this, we can see why:

“I found Vibes just at the right time. I was feeling down and desperately in need of yoga classes to help me relax and have a better work/life balance. The teachers at the studio are fantastic and there are lots of different classes on offer to fit around your own schedule. Would recommend to anyone in Cardiff and beyond!” (Vibes customer).

    Exciting Future Plans

Vibes is expanding their Coffee Bar menu to specialise in high quality, health-based drinks, with amazing additions like the brain-boosting ‘Lions Mane Latte’ and energy-enhancing ‘Cacao Hot Chocolate’, plus any hot drink or smoothie can be boosted with superfood medicinal mushroom powder for that extra health-kick!

Upcoming workshops include Breathwork and Cold Immersion Sessions, as well as more of their popular Spiritual Circles and Relaxation Workshops, promising continued unique experiences for the community.

    Experience Vibes!

Vibes welcomes all to discover their blend of high-quality yoga and a health-based coffee bar, nestled in a supportive atmosphere that makes it a standout wellness destination in Cardiff. Especially welcoming to beginners, it’s the perfect place to embark on your yoga and wellness journey!

In a time when the world moves quickly, Vibes stands out as a place where the Cardiff community can slow down. Their refreshing approach inspires residents to lead happier, healthier lives, adding a distinct flavour to the city’s culture.

Located on Harrowby Street, Cardiff Bay, the coffee bar welcomes all, and yoga classes can be booked online. Vibes is a premier wellness destination open 7 days a week. With a mission to uplift the community, they offer a diverse range of yoga classes and engaging pop-up events to enhance wellbeing. Vibes is committed to fostering a warm, inclusive environment where individuals of all experience levels can explore their yoga practice. The Coffee Bar welcomes everyone, featuring health-conscious drinks and snacks that align with the studio’s ethos. More than a place for yoga, Vibes is a community space for true wellness, headspace, and relaxation.
