Merthyr Tydfil and Abercynon-based Complete Co-Packing Services is scaling up production ready for the festive season as demand for online order fulfilment, warehousing and distribution continues to grow.

Established in 2015 by Stephen and Jacky Nicholls, Co-packing Services specialises in business to business and direct to customer order fulfilment, pick and pack, after packing and gift assembly. Turnover for Complete Co-packing Services is expected to exceed £3.5 million in 2024/25.

An additional 53,000 sq. ft fulfilment, warehousing and distribution centre was opened in April 2021 on Goat Mill Industrial Estate in Merthyr Tydfil.

Managing Director Stephen Nicholls said: “The festive market is big business as retailers and brand owners look to maximise this prime time for sales. From limited edition beauty products to craft beer selection boxes, festive packaging offers a distinctive and engaging way for brands to connect with their customers. Bundled products are also particularly popular at this time of year.

“Third party contract manufacturers and packers are playing an increasingly prominent role in the supply chain. We have the expertise to bring products to market efficiently and can scale-up as required to meet seasonal demand with seamless system integration with all major ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, and social media apps. From gift assembly to pick and pack services for online retailers, this is one of the busiest times of the year for us and we’re pleased to be working with a broad selection of clients that range from TikTok start-ups to well-established consumer brands.”
