A few things you need to know before you start betting on the go

There are many reasons why people decide to bet online. Some do it because it’s more convenient, whereas others like the fact they can choose from tons of casino games and sports betting markets.

In addition to those things, online betting also allows you to enjoy your favorite hobby wherever you go. All you need is a mobile phone or a tablet, and you can log into your account and place a bet.

Betting on the go is fun, but there are some things that you need to know before you start doing it, which is why we’ve decided to point them out.

Choose which platform you want to use

Before you check out the different gambling operators, you have to decide whether you want to bet on Android or iOS. Both of these platforms have their advantages and disadvantages, so it usually comes down to personal preferences.

One of the things that we’d like to point out is that you will find more betting apps for iOS. Most of the bookies/online casinos with an Android app will require you to install an apk file. This process is relatively simple, but it’s not as easy as getting the app on your iPhone/iPad.

Pick a bookie with an app

If you haven’t bet on your handheld device before, you might think that every bookie has an app. Sadly, this isn’t always the case. If you check out this list with UK bookies, you will notice that some have dedicated mobile apps, whereas others only focus on their mobile websites.

Both of those things will do the job, but it’s always better if you have access to a stand-alone application. Apart from being more convenient, using the app of a given bookie means that you will experience every feature.

    Explore the different betting options

Some of the leading betting operators that focus on sports betting will provide their customers with different betting options. Most of them are available on all platforms, which means that you can access them on your phone, tablet, or PC.

However, we’ve seen bookmakers that have exclusive options for their mobile customers. So, before you start betting, take a look at the T&C of the given brand and read about each option and how it works. If the information there is not enough, you can always contact the customer support team.

    Look for exclusive rewards

One of the most sought-after types of bonus is the one that’s available only for handheld devices. Sadly, there aren’t that many bookmakers that allow their customers to take advantage of this promo. Most of them haven’t created it yet, but this will probably change in the near future.

Fortunately, almost every online bookie lets its mobile clients take advantage of the different desktop promos. It doesn’t even matter what kind of device you’re using. Just head over to the promo section and check out everything that’s currently available.
