Wrexham AFC and Expedia, one of the world’s largest full-service travel sites, have set off on a two-year agreement that will position the travel platform as a partner of the Club, landing on the shirt back.

Expedia’s logo will debut on the team kit during the pre-season preparations for the 2021/22 season.

As Wrexham AFC’s Official Travel Companion, Expedia aims to help the Club and their supporters to discover, book and enjoy new journeys, maximising their experience for when football and travel will return to normal, as well as introducing new visitors to Wales.

Humphrey Ker, Executive Director at Wrexham AFC, said: “To attract a brand as instantly recognisable as Expedia to partner with the Club reflects well on both our ambition and their vision.

“We have a number of initiatives planned that includes engagement with those who are registered with our membership scheme.

“In short, we couldn’t be happier and hope all the Club’s fans use Expedia for all their travel and accommodation needs.”

Shiv Singh, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Expedia Brand, said: “We are excited that Expedia is now the Official Travel Companion of Wrexham AFC and will play a part in this new chapter of the Club’s extensive history”.

“We look forward to joining the Red Dragons in their journey to becoming a global football force and being the perfect travel companion to accompany their fans during the new season”.
