Three house styles are now on show at a new neighbourhood which is taking shape in Lisvane, near Cardiff.

The three-bedroom Birch, plus the four-bedroom Chestnut and Sycamore showhomes have been unveiled at Bellway’s Longwood Grange so potential homebuyers can get a feel for the spacious layout of typical properties at the development.

There has already been a lot of interest in the site, off Maerdy Lane, which will provide 270 new homes for the area – comprising a mix of 216 two, three, four and five-bedroom houses for private sale and 54 one, two and three-bedroom affordable homes available for local people through shared ownership or rent.

With a steady stream of visitors wanting to find out more since the development opened in September, the first 15 plots have already been sold off plan.

Dan Shone, Sales Manager for Bellway Wales, said: “This is a key development for us in Wales, delivering 270 homes which will help meet the growing need for new housing in and around Cardiff.

“With construction on site progressing well, we had been looking forward to unveiling the new showhomes at Longwood Grange in December and giving visitors the first chance to see a completed property at the development.

“The showhomes offer an insight into the mix of properties we’re delivering at the site, with something for buyers at all stages of the property ladder here.

“The interest in Longwood Grange has been strong ever since the site opened in September. There’s been no let-up in the numbers of people keen to visit and the first homes have been selling well off plan.

“Now that our three showhomes have been unveiled we expect that interest will increase even further. To arrange a viewing, prospective purchasers can contact the sales team to book an appointment.”
