ONE of Wales’ leading public relations agencies Effective Communication has appointed two new recruits after a series of high-profile client wins.

The Cardiff-based agency has appointed Ffion Pocock as senior account manager, while Tirza Kreuwel joins the Effective team as an account executive.

Ffion returns to the award-winning agency as a senior account manager after spending two years as part of Network Rail’s communications team. During her two years away from Effective, Ffion gained a remarkable insight into the rail industry.

Her knowledge of the industry and its complexities is welcomed by the Effective team, which has several well-known clients from the transport sector.

Following a successful year, the agency has also hired Tirza Kreuwel as an account executive. With a postgraduate degree in PR and experience as a regional media assistant for a national charity, Tirza will support the team in their public relations and marketing services.

[bs-quote quote=”We are thrilled to welcome back Ffion and have Tirza join the Effective team. The last year has been extremely positive for Effective Communication, allowing us to expand our services and team.

This is a very exciting time for the company and we have a strong team in place to help drive the business forward.” style=”style-10″ align=”center” color=”#2fa2cd” author_name=”Alastair Milburn” author_job=”Managing Director” author_avatar=”https://www.wales247.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/alastair-milburn.jpg”][/bs-quote]

Effective Communication has been working in PR for nearly 15 years and has won multiple industry awards along the way, including Best Large Consultancy in Wales, twice. Over the years the agency has worked for a wide variety of well-known clients, including Cardiff Metropolitan University and Acorn Recruitment.
