GS Verde Group has announced a senior appointment, with renowned marketing leader Jessica Morgan joining the Group as Head of Brand and Communications.

Jessica Morgan, a highly regarded brand and marketing professional who previously founded and built the marketing agency Tiny Wizard Studio, has joined the fast-growing M&A advisory business GS Verde Group.

This senior appointment aims to support the Group’s growth, as well as to scale the GS Verde Communications division.

David Dulieu, Chief Commercial Officer of GS Verde, said: “We are delighted that Jess has joined GS Verde. Jess has an incredible marketing mind and an infectious enthusiasm. Jess joining our team will level up the marketing for our fast-growing Group, and her experience of running a respected agency will also significantly bolster our service offering to our Group clients also.”

Jessica’s role will involve two core responsibilities: overseeing the marketing and communications endeavours of GS Verde itself and leading the GS Verde Communications, which supports businesses with outsourced marketing services and assists GS Verde Group clients involved in M&A activities.

Speaking on the appointment, Jessica Morgan, Head of Brand and Communications, commented: “I am thrilled to join the team at GS Verde Group. The company’s dynamic growth and innovative approach to M&A advisory are incredibly inspiring. I look forward to contributing to the Group’s continued success and helping to drive our strategic goals forward at this exciting time.”

The latest appointment comes as GS Verde Group continues to expand its operations and service offerings, with the recent announcement of a new office opening in Cheltenham, and further geographic expansion planned through organic growth, recruitment and acquisition.

Nigel Greenaway, CEO of GS Verde Group concluded: “It is a very exciting time for GS Verde Group, and I am delighted that Jess has chosen to join us.  We have some outstanding opportunities ahead of us, and bringing Jess on board will help us develop those. The appointment feels an exceptional fit, at an exciting time”
