Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has been instructed to sell the lease on a closed day nursery setting in Swansea, South Wales.

This property traded as a 41-place day nursery between 2009 and December 2023. It occupies a fully-equipped building that is presented to a good standard throughout, with a large outdoor play area that is suitable for all ages of children to enjoy.

It is located in a prominent position in Central Business Park in Swansea. This area is well supported by public transport and also local road networks.

Rachel Godwin, Business Agent – Childcare & Education at Christie & Co, who is handling the sale, comments, “This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a turnkey day nursery which offers many resources required for a children’s day nursery. Before it closed in 2023, it was a well-attended setting registered for 41 children. This setting further benefits from being located at the entrance to a busy business park.”
