Taylor Wimpey South Wales is due to launch the third phase of homes, Yr Rhodfa, at its Parc Llandaf development on Saturday 15th November, with the event running from 12pm – 4pm.

Parc Llandaf is just a short walk from Llandaff and Pontcanna Fields, offering green spaces and River Taff views. The development features modern detached homes, 3-storey bespoke townhouses and 2-bedroom apartments, making it suitable for families and professionals.

The event will provide a great opportunity for prospective buyers to take a look around the Dale show home, a bespoke house type available at Parc Llandaf, and speak with the experienced sales team about the brand-new house types on offer in this latest phase. Guests will also get to see Llandaff local Louise Williams, ex-Great British Bake Off contestant, live in action as she bakes festive treats in the show home kitchen.

Louise said: “I’m really looking forward to being a part of this event, it’s always fun to bring the community together. Guests can come and try the baked goods and mulled wine I will be making throughout the event, and enjoy them as they take a look around the showhome.”

The new phase at the development will provide a further 49 homes to the area including a mix of three, four and five-bedroom homes including 5 new house types not included in phase 1 such as the popular 3-bedroom Braxton and the 4-bedroom Elliston.

Kate Lacey, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Director for Taylor Wimpey South Wales, said:

“We’re delighted to be launching the third phase of homes at our Parc Llandaf development. This phase will provide a varied mix of high specification housetypes that offer something to first-time buyers, families, upsizers and downsizers alike.”
