A serving North Wales Police officer has been suspended from duties following an incident in the Colwyn Bay area earlier this month.
Detective Constable Harshey-Jones was arrested in connection with the incident, which occurred on Thursday, 11th June.
He was later charged with the offence of operating equipment beneath clothing without consent, contrary to S.67A(1) and (4) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
DC Harshey-Jones was subsequently remanded to appear at court 16 June and was granted bail.
He will next appear for a plea hearing at Chester Crown Court on Tuesday, 14 July.
