The family of a 46-year-old man who was sadly found deceased at his home in Wrexham have paid tribute to him.

Stuart Davies was found on Thursday, 25 June when officers attended his address at Bryn y Ffynnon, Brymbo, following concerns for his welfare after he had not been seen for several days.

His family said: “Stuey had the most infectious smile that will stick with everyone that knew him.

“He was a loving son, brother and dad, who doted on his children. We are heartbroken that he was tragically taken away from us and he will be missed by us all forever.

“We would also like to thank everyone for their kind words, cards and flowers.

“Until we meet again- fly high, Stuey.”

An investigation into the circumstances of Stuart’s death is ongoing.

North Wales Police continue to appeal to anyone who was in the Bryn y Ffynnon area on Sunday morning (21 June) and may have seen or heard anything unusual to contact them.

Police are also keen to hear from anyone who may have CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage from the area on that day.

Anyone with information is asked to contact North Wales Police via the live chat on their website or by calling 101, quoting reference number O099798.
