Wales will enjoy warm sunny spells at the start of the week before more unsettled weather brings heavy downpours and thunderstorms.
The Met Office forecast says any fog patches on Monday morning will soon clear, leaving a fine day with plenty of sunshine across the country.
The sunshine is expected to become increasingly hazy later in the afternoon, while a fairly brisk easterly breeze will develop towards the south coast.
It will feel pleasantly warm, with temperatures reaching a maximum of 25°C.
Monday evening will remain fine across Wales, followed by a dry night with lengthy clear spells. It will be breezy over the hills but not quite as chilly as recent nights, with temperatures falling to a minimum of 10°C.
Tuesday is also expected to stay mostly dry, with spells of warm sunshine and temperatures once again reaching 25°C.
However, there is a chance of a few showers drifting in from the south by late afternoon as conditions become increasingly humid.
The weather will turn more unsettled from Wednesday as an area of low pressure moves in from the southwest.
Heavy downpours and thunderstorms are likely each day between Wednesday and Friday, although temperatures are expected to remain slightly above average.
Humidity will also continue to increase through the second half of the week.
