A new festival featuring live music, DJs, street food and family entertainment is coming to Cardiff Bay over the August Bank Holiday weekend.
The first Tiny Rebel Dock Fest will take place at The Dock in Mermaid Quay from Friday 28 August until Sunday 30 August.
The waterfront venue will be transformed into a festival-style destination, with live performances taking place throughout the weekend.
The Tiny Rebel Garden will take over The Dock, offering visitors the brewery’s existing drinks alongside its new Welsh lager, Yma O Hyd.
The celebrations will continue into the evenings with Tiny Sessions. DJ Ethan will take to the decks from 9pm, accompanied by live saxophone and percussion.
Festival-inspired street food will also be available, while visitors can expect Tiny Rebel merchandise, competitions and giveaways throughout the weekend.
Families will be able to attend a free children’s event at the venue on Sunday 30 August.
Tiny Dock Fest will run from midday until 2pm and feature face painting, carnival games, competitions, fancy dress and candy floss.

“We’ve also made sure there’s something for the whole family, with our free Tiny Dock Fest on Sunday. It’s going to be a fantastic weekend, and we can’t wait to see The Dock buzzing with festival-goers!”
The Dock is operated by independent pub company Croeso, which also runs The Philharmonic, Retro, Brewhouse, Blue Bell and Daffodil.
The company’s venues also include community pubs The Discovery in Lakeside and The Bear’s Head in Penarth.
