Cardiff-based digital transformation agency Spindogs is celebrating the success of a near decade long partnership with global motorcycle manufacturer Triumph with an invitation to its Global Dealer Conference in Thailand.
Since first partnering with the automotive brand in 2017, Spindogs has helped transform and streamline processes across Triumph’s global dealer network, developing digital platforms and dashboards to bring data and operations together. This includes the development of a sector-first online service booking tool, now deployed across over 630 Triumph dealers in more than 20 countries worldwide.
The latest development in the partnership is Ticket to Thailand, a bespoke digital platform launched in 2025 to support Triumph’s aim of recognising high-performing dealer teams.
The platform brings together sales and performance data, allowing participating dealers to track their progress and performance against the criteria, with high performing teams being invited to attend the company’s business conference in Thailand.
It forms part of Triumph’s broader digital transformation journey which has seen Spindogs turn complex data into simple, actionable tools for its global dealer network and its head office teams. The work has supported key areas including motorcycle sales, stock management, dealer performance, service bookings and customer retention.
The invitation recognises the strength of the long-standing partnership and comes after 12 months of close collaboration to build and manage the digital system underpinning the Ticket to Thailand initiative.
Spindogs’ Bespoke Systems and Automotive Lead, Catherine Timson, said: “We are extremely excited to have been invited to Triumph’s Global Dealer Conference in Thailand. The partnership has been built on years of shared ambition, leading to the development of cutting-edge technology.
“Together, we aim to keep working towards a digital future, making processes more streamlined for Triumph staff and customers.”
The Global Dealer Conference brings together Triumph’s global dealer network to celebrate achievements, share future plans and to give insight into the brand’s upcoming developments.
