A man from the Gurnos has been jailed following a South Wales Police investigation.
Conner Price, 26 from the Gurnos was sentenced to three years and four months following his conviction.
The sentencing happened on Friday September 18 at Cardiff Crown Court where Price pleaded guilty to one count of concerned in the supply of cocaine, one count of concerned in the supply of crack cocaine, one count of possession with intent to supply cocaine, one count of possession with intent to supply crack cocaine, one count of acquire/use of criminal property, driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance.
This follows officers from the serious organised crime unit conducting patrols at Cyfartha Retail Park in June 2026. The officers quickly identified Price driving a red Seat Leon, they then watched as Price completed a drug deal within the car park of the retail park. Officers detained the man who bought the drugs and found two bags of white powder, they also downloaded his phone which had multiple messages offering the sale of cocaine, these messages would later be linked to Price.
Officers then went to Price’s home and witnessed him leaving the Seat Leon car, when entering the property Price started throwing items out of the top window of the house. Following his arrest officers searched the property and found multiple lumps of white matter. Following a search of his car officers found £2,000 in cash and multiple snap bags with white powder in them.
They also found a phone which linked Price to a drugs line with over 100 contacts in his phone regularly receiving messages offering the sale of drugs.
