ommercial property consultancy Knight Frank in Cardiff has appointed Joanna Crofts as Head of its Property Asset Management for the South West and South Wales and Jocelyn Hickling as Associate.

Joanna joined Knight Frank in 2004 as a graduate in the Bristol Office Agency team, and in 2014 joined the PAM team, which manages key industrial, office and retail buildings across South Wales as well as across the South West on behalf of landlords.

Jocelyn Hickling has joined from Bristol property management firm Workman LLP. She was previously with Ashtenne in Cardiff.

    Jocelyn said:

“Knight Frank is an internationally-respected agency and this move offers a great opportunity to work with a very strong client list.”

Joanna Crofts said: “Jocelyn brings a wealth of experience in commercial property management in the South West and South Wales and her arrival coincides with an upturn in the demand for skilled professional management of commercial property in the region. We hope to grow the team further in the near future.”

Knight Frank’s Property Asset Management (PAM) department provides a range of management services for landlords, including managing rents and arrears, service charges, facilities management and tenant liaison. Some of the high profile properties Knight Frank manage in South Wales include multi-let office buildings Churchill House, Cardiff (87,000 sq ft), Global Reach, Cardiff (61,604 sq ft) and Southgate House, Cardiff (99,934 sq ft) and retail and leisure scheme City Gates, Swansea (275,000 sq ft) and the out of town Business Centre Eastern Business Park, St Mellons (170,000 sq ft).

Nationally, Knight Frank’s PAM team manages 2900 properties, and collects over £800 million rent and £55 million in service charges each year across its 280 staff members.
