    Tenovus Cancer Care appoints legal firm to support 63-retail store network

    Leading law firm, Berry Smith, has been appointed by Tenovus Cancer Care as its new legal representative this week.

    The award-winning law firm, which has offices based across the UK, has been appointed by the Welsh charity to oversee its legal affairs following a competitive tender process completed at the end of 2018.

    [aoa id=”1″]In its newly determined position, Berry Smith’s specialist property team will be focusing predominantly on supporting Tenovus Cancer Care manage its 63-retail store network which plays a pivotal role in fundraising activities that feed into its research into cancer care in Universities across Wales.  Berry Smith’s business services team will also be advising Tenovus on all of its commercial contracts and corporate governance requirements.[/aoa]

    Speaking of the appointment, Andrew Bound, partner at Berry Smith, who will lead the firm’s Tenovus team said: “Tenovus Cancer Care is an exceptional charity and we are thrilled to have been appointed as its legal representative to help support the remarkable work that it does to support cancer patients around Wales. Alongside a portfolio of national and international clients, we are proud to work with a range of charities.
