With much interest already shown in its latest development, the eagerly anticipated launch of Bedwellty Field has moved a step closer.

Situated just off the A4049, Pengam Road on the former site of Bedwellty Comprehensive School, the development will feature a mix of just 55 two, three- and four-bedroom homes, which include a selection of 12 of Llanmoor’s most popular house types. Of the 55 homes constructed, 8 (15%) are to be affordable homes.

Speaking about this latest development, Tim Grey, Sales Director of Llanmoor Homes, said:

[aoa id=”1″]“We pride ourselves on our reputation for high-quality developments in sensitive locations. As well as creating new build developments which reflect the current and future needs of residents. We want the legacy of the development to be positive for the local area.”[/aoa]

In support of the local community, Llanmoor Homes will be bringing a number of beneficial incentives to the area.

Llamoor will be appointing and funding a Travel Plan Co-ordinator with a view to setting out the sustainable travel options and measures for the development. With the ultimate aim is to enable homeowners/ residents to make more informed decisions about their travel, which at the same time minimizes the averse impacts of their travel on the environment.

Llanmoor will, as an integral part of its proposals, also be retaining a large number of existing trees and will be providing three areas of open space including an equipped play area .

The Company hope to open a temporary sales centre at the development during late July 2019 and are aiming to open their Llanmaes 4-bedroom show home during Spring 2020.

    Tim added:

“We are delighted to be commencing another new development in the Caerphilly Borough and based upon the fantastic response to our existing developments at Pontllanfraith & Bedwas, we have every confidence that Bedwellty Field will prove exceptionally popular to house hunters “
