The promotions are across a range of practice areas and reflect the team’s commitment to finding relevant, realistic legal solutions for their clients and their contribution to the continued success of Blake Morgan.
The success of the Blake Morgan construction and property teams is reflected in the promotion of Kate Howell to Senior Associate, Dawn Smith to Legal Director and Tanya Barrett to Senior Solicitor. These promotions follow an outstanding 12 months which saw the teams named Property and Construction Team of the Year at the Wales Legal Awards.
The enviable reputation of the firm’s commercial and charities team is reflected by further investment in the team, with the promotion of Tomos Lewis to Senior Solicitor.

Regulatory lawyer, Jennifer Feeney, has been promoted to Associate in recognition of her experience advising professional regulators in developing and operating their regulatory schemes.
Rhiannon Jenkins steps up to a Senior Associate role in the employment team in recognition of the support she provides to employers in the private, public and charity sectors. Victoria Morgan progresses to Client Operations Manager in the firm’s Business Development team.
Eve Piffaretti, Head of Blake Morgan in Wales, said:
“We are proud to recognise so many talented individuals, who are all dedicated to providing commercial solutions and first-class legal advice to our business, public sector and private clients.
“We are proud of our culture of developing homegrown talent, as demonstrated by our policy of promoting from within wherever possible. These promotions reflect our commitment to developing and retaining the very best legal talent in Wales.
“I would like to thank everyone who has been promoted for the role they play in our continued success.”
