Wrexham skin clinic unveils new technology unavailable outside of Harley Street

Pure Perfection Clinic in Rossett, near Chester and Wrexham, has added ground-breaking Diolaze and Morpheus8 machinery to its growing list of pioneering treatments.

Morpheus8, a fractional skin process that stimulates collagen production, and the Diolaze advanced laser hair removal procedure, are only available at a select number of clinics in the UK.

Nowhere else in North Wales or the North West has the technology, a testament to owner Sara Cheeney’s reputation as one of the most trusted names in the industry.

Sara – who was named Aesthetic Nurse of the Year at the Safety in Beauty Awards – says customers would usually have to travel as far as London to receive the treatments.

“These are both innovative and safe techniques for the face and body, and Morpheus8 is not available outside of Harley Street,” said Sara, who lives with husband Chris and their two children in Llangollen.

“They’re quick and easy, so much so that patients can have them and be back in work an hour later – there’s no down time and it’s painless.

“It’s called Morpheus because it’s morphing your face to give it a youthful contour, which is incredible as it only takes about 30 minutes. It uses a scientifically proven radio frequency to penetrate deep into the fat, causing it to coagulate, which in turn reduces sagging and jowls.”

She added: “With Christmas party season almost upon us both new additions are proving popular, especially Diolaze, as it’s a convenient and fast process.

“We are delighted to be able to launch this treatment as it’s recognised as one of the world’s leading laser hair removal systems, where a diode laser beam passes through the skin towards hair follicles; the penetrating energy then heats up the root of the hair, which in turn prevents future hair growth.

“As we develop as a business, we want to give our patients more, which in turn has reinforced our position as a leader in the sector when it comes to health and safety, training and delivering the most modern technology.”

The new platforms come just months after Pure Perfection launched an innovative skin tightening machine providing a series of non-invasive techniques to combat wrinkles, jowling, pigmentation disorders and ageing skin.

With an emphasis on safety, Sara and the team research the science and clinical trials behind every product or process before using them.

She says the Chester Road clinic has had a busy 2019, and with plans for a training academy on the horizon, and a new team in place, she is excited to welcome in the new year.

“We have new clients joining us all the time and continue to grow as a business,” said the 37 year-old.

“While that’s important, what matters more to us is the health and safety aspect given how many unscrupulous practitioners are operating across the country.

“Winning the Safety in Beauty Award in the summer was a big thing for us and helps to shine a light on the issue. People place a lot of trust in clinicians and as a team we will never take that for granted.”

Sara added: “The Morpheus8 and Diolaze technology show our commitment to doing something different and highlighting you don’t have to go to the big cities to receive these treatments, we are doing it right here in North Wales.”
