Three more companies have signed leases at Building 31 on the Bocam Park business park in Pencoed, Bridgend.

Facilities by ADF has taken a 10-year lease on 5,793 sq ft offices on the ground floor at an annual rental of £12.50 per sq ft. The company supplies premium location vehicles, luxury trailers and fuel cards to the TV & Film Industry, specialising in fully managed 24/7 on-location support for productions in the UK and Europe. Its fleet includes luxury artiste, make-up and costume trailers together with high-end mobile production offices, diners, school rooms, honey wagons and technical vehicles.

Managed IT service provider RockIT, which has been at Bocam Park for almost seven years, has taken an additional 2,108 sq ft first floor suite to accommodate its continued growth RockIT operates from South Wales, London and Manchester and provides IT support, solutions and security services.

Community Health and Eyecare Limited has also leased a 3,500 sq ft ground floor office on a six year lease at a rental of £12.50 per sq ft per annum.

Landlord Second Horizon Limited was represented in each of the transactions by property consultancy Knight Frank.

Neil Evans, chief financial officer of Facilities by ADF, said: “As an established Bridgend-based business we were familiar with Bocam Park and the ground floor suite became available at the ideal time for us. The location works well for us and the staff are delighted with their new environment.”

Mark Sutton, partner at Knight Frank in Cardiff, said: “These modern refurbished offices provide quality business park space perfectly located for access to the motorway and Bocam Park continues to prove really attractive to occupiers.  We have now let over 30,000 sq ft of offices at Bocam Park in the past two years.”

Bocam Park lies immediately adjacent to Junction 35 of the M4 motorway, approximately two miles north of Bridgend. The site is already home to a number of high profile occupiers including the Mercedes South Wales headquarters, and other office occupiers include Staedtler, Engie Regeneration, Macmillan, Skanska, Davies Turner and Handelsbanken.
