One technology firm is celebrating a year of making a difference to businesses in south Wales.

HSJ Strato, the technology arm of HSJ Accountants, was launched in May 2017 with the aim of providing streamlining solutions to the fingertips of Welsh businesses.

Leanne Owen, Partner at the Newport-based tech consultancy said:

“The last year has been an incredible experience.  We could never have envisaged Strato taking off in the way that it has. We are helping businesses work more efficiently and replacing duplicattion with automation, all whilst improving the quality of the lives of business owners and staff.

“Stripping out wasted hours and days is at the heart of everything we do. We implement the technology that can improve the performance of a business all whilst upskilling staff and making workplaces a more agile and enjoyable place to work.”

HSJ Strato works with businesses on embedding the right technology to take away operational headaches in an effort to reduce administrative duties whilst using automation and cloud-based solutions.

Speaking of the journey over the last year, Leanne said:

“We launched with the ambition of exposing businesses in Wales to some of the world’s most advanced and accessible technology. I can proudly say that we have started to unravel the possibilities and open the eyes of business owners to the endless possibilities that technology can offer.

“It doesn’t happen overnight but we can start to change businesses and reduce wasted time by embedding automated processes that allow people to focus on doing what they do best.

“It can be daunting for businesses but with Making Tax Digital coming, as well as more and more requirements to adapt to the needs of the modern working life, it is best to start as early as you can when it comes to getting your business operating in the cloud where appropriate.

“It isn’t all about saving money, it’s about constructing a better quality of life by ensuring the work you do is essential as opposed to relentless. We live in an age where mounds of paperwork can be tackled by software assuming you know how to properly implement it. If you can take the plunge I can guarantee that you’ll thank yourself in the near future.

“Don’t bury your heads, this is the journey you can’t afford to miss out on.”

HSJ Strato works with business owners to figure out how they can best streamline their work processes and reduce operational headaches through using but not limited to automation and cloud-based solutions.
