Savills, on behalf of Aeron Properties Ltd, has let almost 10,000 sq ft of office space at 11-13 Penhill Road, in Pontcanna, Cardiff, to Jeffrey Ross Ltd.

The property, which comprises 9,333 sq ft (923 sq m) of offices and 21 car parking spaces has been let on a 10-year lease at a rate of £10 per sq ft per annum. Penhill Road is located in a prominent position within the popular suburb of Pontcanna, just 1 mile (1.6 km) north-west of Cardiff city centre. Jeffrey Ross Ltd. is a family-run firm of estate agents, with offices across the Cardiff area.

Ross Hooper Nash, Director of Jeffrey Ross, says: “In these unprecedented times, some think this was a risky decision to take but we are very excited about the move; our market is changing pretty quickly so this is an hugely important phase in the development of our business. The building will allow us to grow and expand our service offering and align both the Jeffrey Ross and Seel and Co businesses. The businesses will remain separate but we will introduce new product lines for both so watch this space!”

Gary Carver, director in Savills office agency team in Cardiff, added: “Jeffrey Ross is an independently run, growing local business and we’re pleased to have been able to secure them as tenant at 11-13 Penhill Road, from which they can service the local area. The building is excellently located with benefiting from fantastic views over Llandaff Fields and in close proximity to the shops, bars and restaurants in Pontcanna.”
