An iconic south Wales coffee shop is opening its fifth store, located in the idyllic Cardiff Marina. Coffi Co – The Home of The Coffi Heads – has unveiled its latest coffee hub will be based within the brand-new apartment complex on the water’s edge, Bayscape. As Cardiff’s only marina address, the setting is unique. It connects residents with the activity on the water and offers stunning views from every apartment. The large glazed unit is perfectly positioned to watch the world go by and the outdoor seating will make the most of the south facing location.

Coffi Co’s success story began in 2015 when it opened its first branch in Cardiff Bay. The urban themed outlet was created from three shipping containers with an individual interior to match. It later introduced its Coffi Head way of drinking to Cathays and Porthcawl with an additional coffee lounge opened in Cardiff Bay.

Its latest venture is set to open to the public in late August 2018. Coffi Co offers a range of over 40 drinks all expertly created by their #COFFIHEAD Baristas.

Coffi Co Founder, Justin Carty said: “We’re very excited about our latest coffee lounge. Bayscape provides an ideal setting to capture both the Cardiff Bay and Penarth audience. As with all our Coffi Co branches, upon completion it will be far beyond your normal coffee shop experience.”

Bayscape Developer, Drew McDonald, said: “We are really excited to be working with Coffi Co and super proud to bring a strong, South Wales based business into the Bayscape development. Their coffee lounge experience will be perfect for our residents, our berth holders and locals and we can’t wait for the opening.”

Bayscape has just completed the first building of its £40 million project which consists of 115 generously proportioned one, two and three-bedroom apartments spread across two contemporary buildings. Apartments start from £175,000 with Help to Buy options available. Coffi Co will be based on the ground floor of Whitewater House.
