From now until June 3rd, all Honest Burgers locations across the UK will offer the CALIFORNIA, a burger inspired by the iconic California burger. This special features two thin, smashed Honest beef patties, bacon, French’s mustard, double American cheese, grilled onions, brown butter burger sauce, tomato, lettuce, and pickles.
This combination creates a toasty, savory, smoky taste, beloved by top chefs and Hollywood stars, cementing its status as a burger world icon.
The inaugural SMASHED by HONEST special pays homage to the classic Cali burger with a double-stacked creation featuring two thin, smashed patties.
Smashed burgers are renowned for their incredible sear that locks in the juices, and this effect is amplified when a touch of American mustard is added during cooking.
Alongside the CALIFORNIA, every order comes with homemade rosemary chips as the standard side, with the option to switch to coleslaw or salad.
The California Burger is available at all 40 Honest Burgers’ restaurants, including Cardiff.
The burger is priced at £15.30.
