Wales, UK, 11 January 2024, Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I, a proud part of AB InBev, welcomed Minister for the Economy, Vaughan Gething, MS to its Magor Brewery in South Wales on 11 January 2024. A North Wales mum will honour a promise she made to her son after he was diagnosed with  brain cancer when she runs the TCS London Marathon in April. Catherine Kelly, never thought her son, Edward, would be alive five years after he was diagnosed with a medulloblastoma brain tumour and obstructive hydrocephalus in October 2018 aged just three. The infant endured emergency surgery followed by gruelling chemotherapy. Laura Williams, from Wrexham, has always dreamed her little boy Theo would be able to one day go swimming, something which has seemed out of reach since he was born. Gwynfor Jones struggled to focus in school and feared the social isolation during the Covid pandemic would hinder his adult development, but he credits work-based learning for achieving “the impossible”.
