A project in a former builders’ merchant in Rhyl is a win-win benefiting the town centre while creating jobs, bringing training opportunities and supporting affordable housing Economy Minister Vaughan Gething said today. The Creating Enterprise timber frame manufacturing unit is being developed on the former Travis Perkins depot in the town supported with funding from the Welsh Government’s £6m Transforming Towns Coastal Communities Fund. Thirteen professional accountancy bodies from around the world – including AAT, ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, and the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants – have joined forces to fight climate change by committing to reach net zero greenhouse gas emissions.
