Glyndwr Vineyard -the oldest established vineyard in Wales-  has been nominated for the European tourism sustainability award “GrINN Awards 2022” -organised by Quartz Inn Hotels- in the category of Best Sustainable Accommodation in Wales, in recognition of their efforts in terms of sustainability and environmental care.

The winery is set in the heart of the Vale of Glamorgan and offers a beautiful accommodation overlooking ponds, lawns, wild flowers and surrounded by orchards and a 6-acre vineyard.

Recycling, banning single-use plastics, using 100% renewable energy or the installation of water-efficient toilets and showers or are some of the sustainable measures carried out in this property and the reason why they have earned this nomination at a European level.
