The UAE is a heart of luxury and innovative technologies, comfortable life, entertainment and endless summer. Life in the United Arab Emirates is associated with magnificent skyscrapers, expensive cars, beautiful and graceful public spaces. Every year thousands of people want to buy property in Dubai for permanent residence or rent. However, it is important to remember about unbearable heat that can only be escaped by air conditioning. Why is it so hot in the UAE? Is there a period time when you shouldn’t go to the country? Let’s try to find out the answers to these questions.

Why is it so hot in the UAE

It is hard to believe that just a few decades ago the UAE was an undeveloped country in all sectors. Bedouins lived in the middle of the desert. They tried to shelter from the heat in makeshift tents. And what do we see now? It is an urbanized country, where people want to live.

The cities in the UAE were built up right in the desert. There were huge investments of money. The climatic conditions of Dubai and other Arab cities are formed by the proximity to the deserts, as well as the Persian and Omani Bays. It is well-known that the United Arab Emirates is located in the north-eastern part of the Arabian Peninsula.

Nowadays, even artificial lakes and drainage systems have been created on the territory of the desert to deliver water to the driest parts, but desert is a desert. Therefore, sandstorms do not surprise residents of the Emirates.

When is it boiling hot in the Emirates

The hottest period is from May to October. During these months, the temperature does not fall below 35°С, while in July and August the temperature is about 40-45. This period is marked by lower prices for vouchers and a huge number of sales in stores.

When is it cool in the Emirates

It can’t be cool in the UAE, but the most comfortable temperature is from November to April. In this period, the water temperature drops even below 20°С, and the air is heated only to 30-32°С. Obviously, it’s still hot, but not as boiling hot as in other months.

You should understand that the weather is important only for the first trips to the Emirates. If you are planning to buy real estate in Dubai for a permanent residence, then it is better to do it in the autumn, as your organism will have time to adapt to the summer heat of the Unites Arab Emirates. Don’t be afraid the weather conditions! Every year it will be easier for you to live comfortable in this magnificent country.
