At approximately 15:05 hrs on Tuesday 18th June 2019 a Serious Personal Injury Road Traffic Collision occurred on Bishopston Road Ely Cardiff.
A Blue Ford Focus was in collision with Black & orange KTM motorcycle, which was being ridden by an 18 year old local man.
The rider suffered life threatening injuries as a result of the collision and is currently at the University of Wales Hospital Cardiff.
The driver of the Ford Focus was uninjured in the collision.
South Wales Police Roads Policing Department are appealing for witnesses to the collision or the manner of driving of either vehicle prior to the collision to contact them via 101 quoting reference 1900219512.
