The GS Verde Group, a multi-discipline professional services business, has announced a formal partnership with marketing and PR agency Dragonfly Creative.

Following the recently announced launch of the Elevate investment network, the group has seen a growing need for businesses looking to increase their marketing presence as part of the process of an investment raise.

Having already been able to support businesses with both corporate finance and legal advice from within the group, the partnership with Dragonfly will enable the group to offer the full cycle of support needed by its clients, with the marketing agency able to assist in the profile raising elements of the investment process.

Speaking on the partnership, Group CEO Nigel Greenaway said: “Having worked closely together for the last year, we have witnessed first-hand the strengths of Dragonfly, who have played an important part in our own marketing developments.  Having a marketing solution as part of our multi-discipline offering is a significant asset for the businesses we work with, both for Elevate and the wider group”.

Dragonfly has enjoyed a good first year of trading, having won several new clients and successfully completing a large number of projects during the year.   The company continues to grow and has plans to develop its staff numbers and service offering in both Cardiff and Bristol.

David Dulieu, Managing Director of Dragonfly Creative said: “The GS Verde Group is an exciting and disruptive business in its own right.  Working with the group over the last 12 months has been very enjoyable, and the opportunity to support companies who are seeking to raise investment through the Elevate investment network is something we are very excited about.”

The arrangement will also see David Dulieu take on the role of Development Director within the GS Verde Group, with responsibility for overseeing marketing initiatives for the group and putting in place business development processes.

Mr Greenaway concluded: “Through his work with Dragonfly, David has already played an important role within our group, helping us to develop new service lines, as well as enhancing our marketing profile.   We have exciting plans to grow our group and feel David can play an important role in the journey”.
