Neutral colours create a calm and peaceful environment and allow for the buyer to make the space their own with certain personal touches like paintings, furniture, and trinkets.
When it comes to buying a house or selling a house, both parties involved should be paying attention to the integrity of the paint on the walls and if there is any damage to it. Buyers will most likely not want to spend any extra money on painting the house after they have already spent a huge amount on just purchasing the house.
