The UK’s largest life insurance broker, Reassured, have opened their 9th office in Cardiff and their first in Wales.
This exciting development is set to provide many job opportunities for the local area, especially within the telesales sector.
The office is located within the Cardiff Bay area of the city and is part of the new Harbourside development.
Founded in 2009 by CEO Steve Marshall with just 4 employees, Reassured now employs over 900 people and has sold well over 850,000 policies to date.
Trustpilot rates Reassured’s service as “Excellent” with over 50,000 independent customer reviews.
Their move to the Welsh capital is their 5th opening since the COVID pandemic hit in March 2020 and the business is experiencing rapid growth after receiving significant investment from Bridgepoint.
Reassured was awarded ‘Growing Business of the Year’ of the larger businesses’ category at the Growing Business Awards 2020 and has also featured in the Virgin Fast Track 100 – the top 100 UK private companies with the fastest-growing sales – for consecutive years.
They are also an award-winning employer, acquiring several prestigious awards including ‘Best Employer of the Year’ at BESMA and for the last 6 years, they have been named in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For (ranked 12th in 2020).
Head of Recruitment Rob Crabb said:
“Cardiff is an ideal location for our expanding life insurance brokerage.
It is a vibrant and friendly city that has excellent connections to our other sites in Bristol and Chester and boasts an excellent talent pool from the range of universities, colleges and other businesses in the financial services sector.
Our Cardiff team look forward to establishing themselves in this fantastic city and providing the very best service to our valued customers.”
