Multi genre spanning festival In It Together (26-28 May 2023) – Wales’ biggest and best festival – has announced a new round of incredible line-up additions including headliners The Kooks, Anne-Marie and James.

From the creative minds behind ‘Inside Out,’ ‘Escape,’ and ‘Party At The Park’, the festival juggernauts and one of Wales’ most beloved legacy festival brands Escape Records will bring over 40,000 people together to enjoy a weekend of entertainment and cultural enlightenment in the lush Welsh countryside.

The all-encompassing family friendly festival promises something for all ages from grandparents to toddlers, with over 200 live acts and activity across the three days, cementing its place in the festival calendar as one of the best weekends of the summer. Located in Old Park Farm, Margam, the family camping weekender is the staycation trip of a lifetime and the biggest festival of its kind in Wales!

Born from a shared love of Welsh culture and world class music, community is at the heart of the festival. Whilst the star-studded headliners will attract the crowds, festival goers can also expect a huge amount of local and unsung talent across the stages over the weekend.

Friday night headliners The Kooks are guaranteed to bring the indie hits to Margam with a set full of classics including Naive and She Moves in Her Own Way. Headlining Saturday night is platinum-selling, multi-talented singer Anne-Marie. A coach on prime time show The Voice, the star has been continuously riding high in the UK charts and will bring her infectious pop tracks to the Parc stage.

Headlining Sunday evening and closing the festival weekend is a band that needs no introduction – James. Coming into their fifth decade and rightly renowned as one of the best live bands in the business, James never fail to deliver the goods and the Mancunian indie legends are the perfect closing act for In It Together 2023.

Headlining Friday night in the festival’s iconic Panchaia dance tent with a DJ set is one of the planet’s best-loved dance acts, Groove Armada. With a career spanning more than 20 years, the duo will open In It Togethers 2023’s Friday night with a huge party.

Headlining Friday evening on The Paddock stage is Dream State a four-piece rock band from South Wales. The Paddock stage, curated in conjunction with BBC Horizons and Focus Wales, is the epicentre for upcoming talent at In It Together where festival goers can expect to discover some exceptional new talent over the weekend.

Also announced today are the headline acts for Steelworks, a new outdoor stage for 2023 showcasing the best in electronic dance music. Headlining Friday is one of the leading names in the new school of Drum & Bass Hedex, whilst one of Ireland’s best up and coming DJs Kettama takes the top spot on Sunday. Brighton based drum and bass producer Friction also joins the line-up.

Speaking about the announcement Mark Hopkins, Head of Festivals said: ‘‘From our hugely entertaining family area Tic Tac Toe to the headline acts on the Parc stage and the calibre of DJs we have booked for Panchaia, In It Together really does have something for everyone. We are also delighted to support and showcase so much incredible Welsh talent to our festival goers and we can’t wait to return to Old Park Farm for 2023.”

Elsewhere on the line-up, festival goers can expect the already announced electronic music duo Chase and Status, Grammy nominated Kelis, platinum selling British DJ Tom Zanetti, Scottish rock band Twin Atlantic, Brit award winning singer songwriters James Bay and Jake Bugg, Welsh icons Goldie Lookin Chain, British Tik Tok sensation Tyrone, street dance troupe Diversity as well as many more acts to keep families entertained in a jam-packed three days to remember.

Tickets for In It Together are on sale from 12pm, Monday 7 November 2023. Ticket prices start from £159 for an adult weekend camping ticket or £339 for family tickets (2 adults, 2 children and up to 4 grandparents). Customers can also pay as little as £20 deposit and spread the cost over 6 months.
