Browns Cardiff opened its doors to guests on Monday 13th February, making it the first Browns to open in Wales!

Opening just in time for Valentine’s Day and boasting a prime location in the heart of the city centre, the stunning new brasserie & bar offers relaxed yet sophisticated drinking and dining within the Cardiff Marriot Hotel, including a large outdoor terrace ready for the warmer months.

Taking inspiration from the 1920s, the new interior features art deco styling, luxurious furnishings and opulent finishes, providing a simply stunning backdrop to enjoy the delicious brasserie menu, extensive cocktail list, and fine selection of wine and Champagne.

Open all day from breakfast through to dinner, visitors to the new Browns at Cardiff Marriott can indulge on classic comforts and fresh seasonal creations, traditional afternoon teas, and decadent Champagne Bottomless Brunches.

Guests can choose from fresh market fish delivered daily, indulgent sharing Chateaubriand, and traditional roasts on Sundays. There is also plenty for vegetarians and vegans to enjoy, and a standalone Gluten Free menu accredited by Coeliac UK.

With both cosy corners and bright airy spaces Browns is perfect for all occasions, from intimate dinners to family gatherings and celebrations. Whether they’re dining or not, guests can take advantage of the stunning new bar, serving expertly hand-crafted cocktails and comprehensive range of wine, Champagne and artisan spirits.

To top it all off, Browns at Cardiff Marriott will also be hosting weekly live piano performances every Friday evening from 6pm to 9pm and Sunday afternoon from 2pm to 5pm.

Dean Arnold, general manager at Browns Cardiff said: “Bringing a new Browns to the beautiful and historic setting of Cardiff is a fantastic opportunity for the brand and local area.

“This is the first Browns in Wales and both myself and the whole team can’t wait to open the doors and welcome guests to experience the new Browns for themselves.”
