Llandudno, Wales – On Friday, March 3, Rob Lloyd, in partnership with Sense, hosted an event aimed at promoting charity donations throughout the UK. The event was a success with support from Adam Williams, owner of Llandudno pier, and celebrity stylist Rachel Gold.

Rob Lloyd and Adam Williams, dressed like ‘Rag and bone men aka Steptoe and son,’ delivered bags of clothing to the Sense shop in Llandudno. The pair launched a National Campaign to collect 10,000 bags of clothing throughout the country.

Rob said, “We want to encourage people to detox their wardrobes and drop donations to Sense charity shops or hubs/Lloyds bank branches across the UK.

“The event was full of excitement and fun, with students from Rydal Penrhos school participating alongside the team. Rachel Gold styled a number of people, including Phil Burton, Senior Manager of Lloyds Bank, who have been a great supporter of Rob’s Senseless Challenge with an event sponsor donation of £2000.

Stephen Wright, ex-Liverpool player, and England international was also styled by Rachel Gold on the day. Rachel has previously styled A-list celebrities such as Gordon Ramsey, Lewis Hamilton, Gary Lineker, and many more.

The event was a huge success in raising awareness and encouraging people to donate their clothing to charity. Rob Lloyd and the team hope to continue promoting charity donations throughout the UK, and this event has set an excellent example of how it can be done.
