Love Trails has announced this year’s headliners – legendary Drum ‘n’ Bass DJ, High Contrast, and Alt-pop sensation, Biig Piig. Set in the stunning Gower Peninsula, Love Trails is excited to welcome homegrown talent as a headline act for the very first time. Hailing from Penarth, South Wales, High Contrast has taken the Drum ‘n’ Bass world by storm. Now one of the UK’s leading producers and DJs, he’s celebrated numerous UK Chart singles, with his remix of Adele’s ‘Hometown Glory’ going stratospheric.

A celebration of Welsh talent, Love Trails will also welcome Edie Bens who brings a mix of folk, country, pop and heartbreak to the main stage.

Hip-hop and neo-soul will take centre stage with Biig Piig also confirmed to headline the festival. One of BBC Radio 1 ‘Sounds of 2023’ and a debut tour selling out multiple venues across th UK and US, Biig Pigg has quickly become one to watch. Released in January 2023, her debut mixtape, Bubblegum, was met with rave reviews and was one of the most hotly anticipated albums of last year.

Love Trails is the world’s first trail running and music festival, transforming the Gower Peninsula into a natural playground for revellers and adventure junkies alike. Combining the collective euphoria of watching live music on a big stage, the ‘runner’s high’ and the liberation of the rugged Welsh coastline, it’s a magical event like no other.

During a 4-day action-packed itinerary, runners can explore the dramatic landscape, beaches and trails with non-competitive runs ranging from 3km – 55km. At night is when the party comes alive, with three stages of live acts performing under the open sky. Whether you’re living it up to Cut Capers and their huge party sets and big brass vibes, or chilling out to indie pop artist, Sfven, and his soulful, electro acoustic guitar, you’re sure to be dancing until the early hours.
