South Wales law firm Robertsons Solicitors has expanded its regional presence with the opening of a new office in Swansea.
The firm’s new base at Princess Quarter will provide legal services to individuals, families and businesses across Swansea and the wider West Wales region.
The expansion marks the latest stage in Robertsons’ continued growth and builds on its existing relationships across South Wales. Members of the Swansea team have strong personal and professional connections to the area, giving the firm an established local foundation from which to develop its presence.
Located in the heart of the city, the Princess Quarter office provides a modern and collaborative working environment, with meeting rooms, breakout areas, kitchen and shower facilities, as well as a rooftop terrace.
The office currently offers expertise across Family Law, Probate, Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property. Clients can work with named local experts while also drawing on specialist knowledge from colleagues across the wider firm where required.
The initial Swansea team includes associate directors Lisa Shrimpton and Linsey Edmonds in the Family Law department; probate solicitor Zac Cross; Kim Swallow, lead senior associate in Residential Conveyancing; Caitlin Kloet, associate solicitor in Commercial Property; and Mollie Ellerman, head of Business Development.

Robertsons plans to expand the Swansea team in line with client demand, creating opportunities across both legal and support roles. Local recruitment will be an important part of the office’s development, with the firm looking to attract people who understand the regional market and want to become part of a growing business.
Over the coming years, Robertsons intends to establish the Swansea office as a long-term base for the firm in West Wales and a key part of its wider regional offering.
