    Potential buyers could be forgiven for seeking divine intervention when they bid for q former church at a collective property and land auction in Shrewsbury next week.

    Chirk Bank Methodist Church, Church Road, Chirk Bank, Wrexham awill be going under the hammer at the summer collective auction organised by leading regional auctioneers and estate agents Halls on Wednesday, July 19.

    With a price guide of £50,000 to £75,000, Chirk Bank Methodist Church could be the answer to a buyer’s prayers, as it has extensive internal accommodation with huge potential, subject to planning permission.
