South Wales taxi and private hire firm Dragon Taxis is sponsoring the Cardiff Devils for their upcoming season.

The agreement coincides with the start of the new season and sees Dragon Taxis become the official ride partner, with a designated pick-up and drop-off point outside the Vindico Arena.

Dragon Taxis, a regional brand of the UK’s fastest-growing taxi and private hire technology platform Veezu, will also have branding outside all exits and the Veezu logo on centre ice.

The firm is sponsoring a range of local teams this season alongside the Devils, including Barry RFC and Llandaff North RFC Juniors.

Jack Price, Regional Director of Dragon Taxis, said: “We’re very excited to be sponsoring the Cardiff Devils for the first time this year. Supporting our local community is so important to us here at Dragon and the Devils are a great symbol of Cardiff, so we’re pleased to join them and are looking forward to seeing them on the ice.”

Todd Kelman, Managing Director, Cardiff Devils, said: “We’re so pleased to bring Dragon Taxis on board as sponsors this season. Having another iconic Cardiff brand across the arena is great for everyone, and we can’t wait to see them cheering us on rinkside.”
