Bridgend based multi-award winning Hawkstone Commercials launches the Hawkstone Commercials Scholarship Scheme.

Hawkstone Commercials has partnered with the University of South Wales to create a £500 scholarship scheme to help a student with their studies. The scholarship can be used for anything that is required to complete their course.

Oliver Lewis, Co-director of Hawkstone Commercials said, “The University South Wales shares the same approach that we do. They have a global view of the world, education, and the commercial sector but at the core, their roots are deep within the community of South Wales. I’m proud that we can launch this scholarship, especially during the cost of living crisis. To us, this isn’t a one-time opportunity, we are looking to grow this scholarship into something that supports University of South Wales students year after year.”

Hawkstone Commercials is keen that other businesses see the benefit of this scheme and collaborating with the University of South Wales. If the business community can support the development of the next wave of business leaders, Wales and the UK will be well prepared to compete with the 21st centaury challenges that are on the horizon.

As well as identifying the winning scholarship bid, Hawkstone will actively begin the process of encouraging fellow businesses in South Wales to consider engaging in the same type of scheme.
