Clare Williams, who has lived just outside Llanidloes her entire life, and recently married a local farmer, will run the new office. Clare has worked for Roger Parry & Partners, in the Welshpool office, since 2010 and was recently made an Associate of the company. Working with Clare in the new office will be Gail Lewis, who has also recently got married and become Gail Jenkins. Gail, a planning consultant for Roger Parry & Partners, is based in Carmarthenshire and will divide her time between her office near Llandovery and the new office in Llanidloes.

    Roger Parry, Senior Partner, said:

“We are delighted to announce this expansion of our business deeper into the heart of Wales. We already have a large client base in the area and the new office gives us a great opportunity to build on that. Clare’s experience within the firm, and knowledge of the local area, make her perfect to lead this exciting development for us. Mid Wales customers can be guaranteed an excellent service from all aspects of our business including our chartered surveyors, architectural technicians, planning consultants and accredited estate agents.”

To celebrate the opening of the new office in Llanidloes, Roger Parry & Partners are holding an Open Evening at Llanidloes Rugby Club, Smithfield Street, from 7pm, on Wednesday, 10 October 2018, to discuss the future challenges facing the farming and property industries post Brexit.

The agenda for the Open Evening includes presentations covering the various aspects of Roger Parry & Partners services including:

    • Introduction to Roger Parry & Partners by Roger Parry
    • BPS and future payments by Clare Williams, Associate
    • Grant Funding by Gail Jenkins, Consultant
    • Diversification by Richard Corbett, Partner
    • Planning Opportunities in Powys by Gerallt Davies, Associate
    • Residential Sales and Land Sales by Tudor Watkins, Partner
    • Residential Lettings by Rachel Mountford, Lettings Manager
    • Question and Answer session

There will also be an opportunity to have a chat and network with members of the Roger Parry & Partners team after the presentations, with those attending being offered a free drink at the bar.
