A brand new river clean-up festival is taking over the streets and quay of Haverfordwest for FREE on Saturday, September 6th, from 10am to 6pm.

The Castle to the Quay Festival is a vibrant celebration connecting the historical heart of the town with its spirit by the riverbank, suitable for families and people of all ages.

The event will take place in locations across Haverfordwest including Castle Square, Haverhub, the quay near the Bristol Trader and the Town Museum.

Step into the story of Haverfordwest. Discover how the ancient castle is being revitalized. Meet local advocates defending the Cleddau river. Join guided walking tours around the town and castle and chat with members of water sports clubs in interactive stalls. There will be live music to enjoy, craft activities for children, storytelling, face painting, citizen science, riverside activities, market stalls, live art and more.

This event is funded by the National Heritage Lottery Fund, Milford Haven Port Authority, Haverhub, PCC, Haverfordwest Heritage Trust and Pembrokeshire County Council.
