Wales Tech Week is proud to welcome BT, a leading provider of telecommunications and digital infrastructure, as an official Gold Partner for the 2025 international tech summit – taking place 24-26 November at the ICC Wales.

With innovation at its core, BT connects more than a million businesses each day, powering the digital economy through advanced solutions in connectivity, cybersecurity, IoT, and network infrastructure. Their support for Wales Tech Week marks a significant endorsement of the nation’s vibrant tech sector.

As a Gold Partner, BT will be collaborating with Cisco at Wales Tech Week to showcase innovative sustainable technology solutions aimed at building a greener, more resilient Wales. By combining BT’s connectivity expertise with Cisco’s cutting-edge digital infrastructure, the partnership highlights how smart, scalable tech can drive environmental progress, transforming industries, bridging communities, and unlocking economic potential.

“BT’s partnership is a huge vote of confidence in Wales Tech Week and the thriving innovation ecosystem we have here in Wales,” said Avril Lewis, Managing Director of Technology Connected, the creators of Wales Tech Week. “As a leader in connectivity and digital transformation, BT brings not only world-class expertise, but a genuine passion for shaping a future where technology delivers for everyone.”

BT works with businesses across the UK and plays a key role in providing the nation’s critical national infrastructure. It works with more than 200 NHS trusts, 44 police forces and 38 fire services, providing essential public services for over 88 years.

Susi Marston, Head of Public Sector Wales at BT, said: “At BT innovation and connectivity go hand in hand, and both are essential to unlocking the full potential of technology. From AI to IoT, none of it works without the right networks to connect people, places and possibilities.

“Wales is home to some of the UK’s most exciting tech talent and forward-thinking organisations. This summit is a chance to showcase how connectivity and collaboration are powering real-world solutions and why Wales continues to be a place where innovation thrives.”

Wales Tech Week 2025 will once again put Wales on the global stage, bringing together industry leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers and change-makers to explore how innovation is solving today’s most pressing challenges – from building sustainable systems to shaping equitable workplaces and digitally confident lives.

This year’s international tech summit features an inspiring programme of thought-provoking panels, hands-on innovation, immersive tech experiences and a dynamic exhibition.
