The semi-finalists for the 14th British Kebab Awards have been revealed, with some of Wales’ best-loved kebab houses securing a place on the shortlist.
Founded in 2013 by restaurateur and campaigner Ibrahim Dogus, the Awards celebrate the very best kebab restaurants and takeaways across the UK. Now a highlight of the hospitality calendar, they showcase excellence across 20 categories, shining a light on businesses that contribute to a sector worth over £2.8 billion a year.
This year’s Welsh contenders will compete in categories including Best Kebab House in Wales and Best Greek Restaurant/Takeaway.

Public voting is open until 25 October 2025, with finalists announced on 1 November 2025. Winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony in February.
