A limited-edition Jellycat collection is set to land in Wales later this month, offering fans a rare chance to get their hands on one of the most sought-after toy ranges in the UK.

From 27 March, Armadilo at the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff will become one of just five retailers nationwide to stock the exclusive Jellycat Space collection, and the only one in Wales to do so .

The collection features ten characters, including Zyllan Alien, Amuseables Planet Mars, Amuseables Space Comet and the popular Amuseables Jellysaucer, alongside themed outfits and collectible bag charms .

Jellycat’s popularity has surged in recent years, with demand for its quirky soft toys going through the roof across social media and among collectors. Limited drops often sell out within hours, with rare items quickly appearing on resale markets at inflated prices. The launch of the Space collection is expected to follow the same trend, making this a rare opportunity for fans to secure pieces from what is likely to become a highly collectible range.

Due to the expected demand, organisers are preparing for large crowds, with the Wales Millennium Centre opening its doors early at 8am ahead of the 9am launch . Visitors can also expect themed entertainment on the day, including space-inspired drinks and cupcakes.

To ensure fair access, purchases will be limited to two of each Jellycat per person .

With Jellycat’s continued rise in popularity and the exclusivity of this release, the Cardiff launch is likely to attract collectors and fans from across the country keen to secure a piece of the “out of this world” collection before it disappears.
