Welsh drivers Rhys Lloyd and Harri Reynolds are joining forces for the 2026 French GT4 Championship, competing in a Toyota Supra GT4 run by Circuit Toys in partnership with Toyota Gazoo Racing France.
The experienced pair will contest the Championnat de France FFSA GT – GT4 France, a highly competitive national GT4 series featuring five rounds across iconic circuits in France and Belgium.
The 2026 season kicks off at the Circuit Paul Armagnac in Nogaro, South West France, on Easter Weekend, 5–6 April 2026, where the Welsh pairing will begin their title campaign.
In addition to championship honours, the FFSA GT4 series offers a €150,000 prize fund opportunity through the SRO Motorsports Group’s GT Academy programme — designed to support talented drivers progressing toward higher-level GT competition, including GT2 or the GT World Challenge Europe.

Seasoned drivers Lloyd and Reynolds already have experience together, having raced as teammates in the 2024 Britcar Trophy Championship and competed together in the Dubai 24 Hours in January this year, giving the pairing a strong foundation heading into Europe.
Harri Reynolds, from Narberth, said: “I’m really looking forward to the season ahead. After the Dubai 24, Rhys and I have built a strong understanding of how the team operates, and they now know how we work as drivers. Taking our first proper step into European racing, it’ll be exciting to experience the competition and get to know new drivers and teams.
“We’re aiming to put ourselves in a position to fight for the championship. As drivers, that’s always the goal. Rhys and I have worked well together in the past, and if we can continue that momentum, we’ll be right in the mix.
“Racing in France will bring its own challenges — from increased travel and logistics to adapting to different conditions and weather — but it’s a step we’re ready to take.”
Rhys Lloyd, from Carmarthen, said: “I’m super excited about the 2026 season. Having taken a year out in 2025, I’m more motivated than ever to be back. The Toyota Supra GT4 is an incredible car, and to be back driving with Hari will be a great partnership.
“It’s a big step for us both to race in France — all the circuits will be new, all of our competitors will also be new — but I’m really looking forward to getting started in Nogaro on Easter Weekend.”
