Homebuyers in North Wales are invited to discover their next move as Anwyl opens the doors to two show homes in Mold on Saturday, July 11.

With artisan pizza, freshly prepared cupcakes and prosecco to enjoy, the launch event will give visitors an opportunity to explore two professionally styled and furnished show homes at Dol Derwen, off Denbigh Road.

The Birkdale and Oakmere will showcase Anwyl’s sought after development, while a new sales centre will open inside an example of the Farndon house type.

Taking place from 10am to 5pm, the event will also be an opportunity for prospective buyers to seek expert support and explore the interactive touchscreen technology, which provide virtual tours of individual homes and the wider development

Graeme Gibb, sales director at Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said:

“The opening of our show homes marks an exciting milestone at Dôl Derwen. This event is a fantastic opportunity for buyers to experience the quality design and specification of our homes up close.

“We’ll also be serving up artisan pizza from Cheshire Dough, along with freshly prepared cupcakes and a selection of chilled prosecco, soft drinks, tea and coffee.”

Dôl Derwen offers a wide choice of three and four-bedroom homes, ideal for everyone from first time buyers to growing families. Home for sale include the three-bedroom semi-detached Bretton, from £299,995, the three-bedroom detached Eccleston from £354,995, the four-bedroom Farndon from £369,995 and the premium four-bedroom detached Oakmere from £484,995.

Graeme added: “We’ve sold several properties off plan and are looking forward to our first homeowners moving in soon. We’re also excited to welcome new visitors and help them take their next step towards finding a new home in Mold.”

Located on the edge of the town, Dôl Derwen combines a semi-rural setting with convenient access to shops, schools and amenities, making it a popular location.
